VFF Bullish Breakout at or before earnings announcement

Village Farms (VFF) is diversified into three different segments: produce, clean energy derived from landfill gas and cannabis. They recently acquired %100 of Pure Sun Farms (PSF), a low COGS and high volume legal producer. In the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS) they carry some of the top selling products. The price of PSF cannabis is some of the lowest in Canada, but consumers also consider the quality to be comparable or better than the higher priced competitors such a Good Supply (by APHA) or Tweed (by CGC) products according to experienced consumers and randomly surveyed retail employees at Ontario dispensaries. With sales at the OCS growing, more dispensaries opening in Ontario and prices getting increasingly competitive, VFF is positioned for an amazing breakout from the current range. Price to book: 1.9

This company is well positioned for late 2020 and 2021 in my opinion. I believe VFF should be worth 3X book value at minimum.
