NOTV Inotiv Options Ahead of Earnings

Looking at the NOTV Inotiv options chain ahead of earnings , I would buy the $5 strike price at the money Puts with
2023-1-20 expiration date for about
$0.52 premium.
If the options turn out to be profitable Before the earnings release, i would sell at least 50%.
