You can wait to see it confirm more or buy right away going into the holiday weekend(Labor Day). This company is a major energy company in the southeast(FPL), and after hurricanes usually does well by the way, which is just one point though. It's at a squeeze right now at the bottom of range to go upwards and gain momentum. It held the bottom low. It has a dividend, and is fair valued. Basically it could be the bottom of the dip at this level and can go higher.
