Factors, why I am choosing India bulls real estate:-
1: head and shoulders pattern breakout
2: incresing volume
3: consolidated for 2 months and closed above the resistance which is the major hurdle since 2 months
4: bull run in infra and estate stocks like Oberoi reality, godrej infrastructure etc
5: making higher highs and higher lows
