ETC: 480k sts

Perhaps ETC is facing a correction after hitting its first expected level at 315K sts.
Upcoming high: 480K sts.
In my model, there are 2 higher levels, 680K & 780K, but I don't think ETC will continue to be pumped up to those levels.
