I have failed my forecast multiple times for this Penny Stock.
In current chart, I am posting my analysis one more.
* BUY Zone : $2 for long term investment (it is very safety zone for the long term investment).
Current Price : $1.43.
Shorterm Forecast : Sideway between $1.45(1.50) to $1.395.
Do not buy this stock, because the CTRM is heading to $1.12 (0.12 before RS in 2021).
CTRM can be possible to do another RS if the price is moved below $1.12.
It is very dangerous.
: It is not recommendable for the Investment.
<Reason>
1. There are 2 Employees in CTRM - CEO and a Director (a member of Family)
2. Eventhough Good Earning Report, the stock price is moved down.
3. All of Cash flow is coming from selling stocks.
4. Looks buying more vessels because of Dedcting Buesiness Income Tax : All of Income Source is from selling Stocks currently.
5. CTRM bought several vessles. There are huge expenses for maintenance Vessels like Insurnace costs and Harbor Utilization fees.
6. Hired many contractors - Payroll Issues
7. No Loading Shipment by Covid-19 and Ominicron.
Reverse Split has no limitation in Nadaq. CTRM can do mulitple RS until Covid Pendamic is gone.
One of Ph.Biologist said the Covid issue will be gone at Q4 of 2022 or 2023.
- CTRM CEO - If CTRM is faced financial issue, CTRM can increase Stock Price intentionally to sell his own stocks.
- CTRM Investor - If Investors stop buying this stock, CEO will increase Stock Price to sell his own stocks because CTRM has to pay a lot of Business Expenses.
