Since 2018 I follow CELR and ONE. They have great devs and their groups are well supported by Binance. I remember the javascript code introduced by CELR in 2018 for the first earn-to-play vision. Today CELR is positioning in the code for infrastructure for DeFi. They introduced cBridge to move assets between layers 1-2. CELR has partnership with NervOS(Sequoia Capital) and Polkadot.
Resuming... if the Harmony ecosystem and Polkadot will explode then CELR will grow too but not will be a just a pump but something strong and durable as Chainlink.
