This time not really a prediction. More like, what needs to happen if want to see BTCUSD breakout to 70k region. Short term it's looking bearish. However, since we're still in a bull market. If this forecasting actually enfolds, then BTCUSD might evolve into a bull flag pattern. We can certainly hope. At least I do. My current target is still 250K BTCUSD this year(Q3/Q4).
If this is the current top. "Hopefully" it will retest and find support at approximately 48.7K USD region, crating a higher low and a symmetrical triangle pattern. Then breaking out to the upside. This is the bullish scenario. The bearish scenario should be self explanatory.
