Version of Woodies CCX that takes in account volume (uses Vol Weighted JMA). All credits for the original code go to 4alphabsolute

CCI's scaling constant (0.015) could not work very well with weighted version, so I added the corresponding input field to modify it. Feel fry to adjust it for your needs.
