Trend Hunter v4

This strategy follows the Trend Hunter training strategy taught at InvestIshare.
Entries are made based predominantly on the price action being above/below the Ichimoku Cloud with the ATR based super trend being used as a trailing stop loss.

Additional trend tracking tools can be toggled on / off to improve the wind rate on some time frames, with additional options available to limit entries if certain conditions are met.

The default parameters are set for BTC on the 2 HR time frame

Based on the TrendHunter Strategy.
Utilizes SuperTrend ATR, Ichimoku Cloud and 200 EMA.

Customizable options to try and avoid entries during consolidation periods, using Ichimoku Crossovers, Trend Meter and others.
Work in progress and not advised to use as an automated signal.

Code needs refactoring - its on a long to do list!
