Added Moving Stops to the script, turned other movings and bollinger off by default. The short time moving is turned off by default.

Removed Basic moving averages, they are not as useful as the new moving stop implementation. Added Donchian channel type, and... the most important one, added all 7 most useful sub-types of the volume candle.

Normalized values between 0 to 1 for all the subtypes except subtype 3 (can't normalize it anyways, it's the worst subtype that everyone finds around). Set subtype two as default. turned most of movings off by default.

Added an option to draw like bars instead of candle (TV's code for plotting candles looses color and becomes gray at the time of this update, sounds like a sudden bug during an internal update but bars are keeping the color, hence the reason for this minimal update)
