The force will need to be with Xrp to do this but its not impossible *) - I do expect a rally of some degree when the candles hit the arc, however if nothing happens Xrp may flatline until the next arc pair finishes the set

RSI is incredibly high - i'm looking at where Xrp can top on the Btc chart and it looks most likely around 0.00012400 where the 50% fib meets the Gann 2x1 fib ray, that puts the dollar price approx $1.04 - Sometimes the candles can pierce the fibs but its likely to be brief
