This will be the test of time. Does XRP have what it takes to bounce back from its sliding valuation against BTC? Well, unless you believe that XRP will go to zero (and you truly are a bonehead), then obviously at some point XRPBTC valuation will rebound toward long term equilibrium.

Its more of a support zone and smart money often overshoots or undershoots those zones - because they know that liquidity will be better in front or behind that zone.
