XELA Exela Technologies Upside Potential

I know my last call on XELA was bad and i was expecting a breakout when they "surprised" us with a reverse stock split.
But now it look different!
Rising volume on price going lower, so a bullish divergence at all time low.
52 Week Range $1.35 - $70.80

My price target is the $8.50 resistance.
