On the future of bitcoin -- who will pay for your beliefs

BITMEX:XBTUSD.P   Bitcoin
Recently because of China issued the "block chain" the New Deal, let the market as the excitement, many people began to look forward to the future, remember in October 2018, many famous analysts claim that bitcoins will reach $20000, at the end of the year to reach $100000 in 2019 years, but times have changed, in February 2019, to $3300, the purchase of a $8000 of investors, disastrous, even until now, but also is to do the "roller coaster".

What is a value investment, if you hold those altcoin, may have been "zero." As for bitcoin, I do not doubt that it is an innovation, especially the technology has a certain scene application. But a marketized target, it should be said that its original intention of "decentralization" may have been distorted. Whether it is the behavior of "centralized" mining or speculation by "centralized" exchanges, these are probably not the original intention of "Satoshi Nakamoto", right?

As for the future of bitcoin, I don't want to discuss it from a technical point of view, which is a matter of different opinions. We are all small about the future, and any prediction may be blind. However, in terms of the evolution of human society, 3,000 years of civilization and scientific and technological progress are obvious to all. However, for 3,000 years, the defects of human nature have never changed. Greed and fear are always with us.

So today I'm just going to talk about the future of digital currency transactions and bitcoin from a human perspective.

If you think bitcoin will have $100,000, or even $1 million, I can't deny that, but I would like to ask, if it does reach $1 million, what will happen to the whales that own bitcoin today? What if their wealth could buy the world?

Going back to human nature, we all know that greed and fear are the two fatal flaws that we cannot overcome. So in a market full of greed and fear, do you believe in technology or believe in human nature? From the moment bitcoin became market, he was no longer the bitcoin envisioned by Satoshi Nakamoto. Can you deny that the price of bitcoin is artificially manipulated? If he should be worth $100,000, can you explain why he could fall to $3,300 by the end of 2018? If human nature dominates the market, why should we persist?

Consider national digital currencies, including facebook's libra. Why are they so controversial? Is centralized digital currency a threat to decentralized bitcoin?

I'm not sure about that, but when the digital money market was small, it didn't pose a threat to the central financial market dominated by the government, so it wasn't taken seriously. As they grow, they will be watched by the government. We all know that the foundation of digital money is decentralization, which is the opposite of today's financial system. So in this confrontation, who wins? Do you have enough confidence? How long is this process? How many people will pay the price? Have you thought about it?

Is decentralized digital currency actually a revolution, a revolution to centralized financial market? Do you think a centralised financial system will go down without a fight?

I'm not against faith, but it's grounded, and if you had faith in bitcoin in 2008, I applaud you, and if you had faith in bitcoin before 2015, I agree with you. But what does faith mean now, in a market that has experienced a huge bubble, that has been looted by scammers, that has more digital currency "exchanges" than digital currency, and that has no idea how many fake transactions are being made every day?

I prefer to believe in the ugliness of human nature. I think greed and fear will make most people lost. In the process of revolution, countless people will become cannon fodder. I respect those who are willing to sacrifice for their ideals, but in a financial market reeking of cash, ideals are a bit of an exaggeration. If you hold your ideals, you can keep your wallet asleep, but in the secondary market, rationality may be more important.

As for the future of digital currency, I think it must be hard, because we have to fight not only the centralized financial system, but also the greed and fear of human nature.

In the course of human society in the past several thousand years, division and integration have never stopped. Therefore, decentralization is not a pioneering initiative, and centralization will not be a resting point.

As an idealist, I also hope that decentralization can overcome centralization. But as a market trader, I prefer to stay sane.

Bitcoin, or digital currency, is the right choice as part of your investment. If you think it's going to be $100,000, gambling, I disagree.

As an old Chinese saying goes, "once you become famous, all your bones will wither." I don't want you to become the cornerstone of others' success. Who controls the digital currency market today? Are they idealists? If not, who will pay for your faith?

As for bitcoin, from the perspective of trading, I suggest holding spot, hedging and making risks controllable. This is what a mature investor should do.
