I'm a new trader and have recently been trying to get the hang of locating key levels, trends possible breakouts or potential market movements, this was an attempt i did yesterday morning, the day followed through pretty well with what i had in mind, however i suffered some losses rather than reaping my rewards (this time); came down to emotion, doubting my self and my plan and overall just silly mistakes like hesitation, diving in cos of FOMO, not having entry point and exit point plan, we live and we learn. Any advice and help would be so much appreciated, thank you.
