UUP weekly - broke, retest at resistance - 8/28/2015

If it fails to go above the resistance line and starts to go back down, it has the potential to fall MUCH lower... if that happens, it will be good for commodities, bonds and emerging market, bad for US stocks.

If it can strengthen from here and go back into the triangle, and even go above the red resistance, it will be good for US stocks, bad for bonds, commodities, bad for emerging market.
