USOIL on the monthly chart; we are at major support. If we take a look at history, December 2008 and January 2016 we can see that we recovered from that area. Will history repeat itself? Could be but keep in mind that next support Is around 19!
With the RSI almost in oversold condition and the ‘triple bottom’ I believe we will see at least a bounce to set a lower high.
