USOIL is trading in what seems to be a chain of bullish flags
If so, then the price will be moving the way I painted it with an arrow
And the overall sentiment, is therefore,bullish
After hitting the resistance,I think the short term growth potential
Will be exhausted and Oil will go down to retest the support
And gain some strength for further upward movement
