As we can see USOIL has been trading in a range for about a week now. we can expect a huge move either way soon but do not rule out the possibility of a continuation of this pattern.
With API report coming out soon we might see a huge spike if it is less than anticipated. keep SL tight in the case that it is dissapointing and shoots down.
Targets > 27.5 > 28 > 28.8
