US30USD: Potential Right Shoulder and Bearish Gartley at HOP

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is forming a Potential Right Shoulder within an Ascending Broadening Wedge pattern and in this Right Shoulder, we can see a Potential Bearish Gartley at the HOP level with PPO confirmation.
