This is the one single important aspect of all Market. We have been in a bond Bubble for sometime (40 year Bull Market). Question is: Do we have more room or this is it? Everyone one is calling for lower Yields, but we have to remember US Dollar is the Reserve Currency and cannot have negative rates attached to it like EURO or YEN. I personally think we are going higher in Yields. This is a beautiful Bullish Falling Wedge and we broke out of it and back tested it successfully. Already traced 30% of the move down since October 2018 in one week (that a powerful move in a short period of time)
Traders taking profits right now and I wonder do we have that liquidity to pay off all this people when foreigners are not buying as much (due to having to much debt themselves and trade war) Also Federal Reserves Balance shit started go up without announcing QE4. My guess is they are buying US Treasuries due to not having successful Auction like in Germany( Deutsche Bundesbank had to buy 65% of the negative yielding 10 year bunds)
