big red short arrow on total crypto

look, one of those big red arrows hanging over the top of the total crypto chart. Wonder what it means? BTC has two of them and so does ETH. that can't be good, can it?

This red arrow on March 13th is now no longer visible nor is the BTC second red arrow visible. price influence pushed the red arrow away for now. I think this might happen more in the coming weeks based on the price of BTC suggesting to move past it's all time highs. When moving past all time highs major reversal signs will be ignored or fought against making the decision for when to sell even harder.
