$TGLO coming to a crossroads...who's long?

TGLO has been rejected by $.15 three times since it broke on 7/10
I'd expect a little pullback to a nice rally.
Volume or any news could put her at a new ATH at any point.
With everything going on behind the curtain, I'm pretty sure which way it's going to go.
