A good cup and handle pattern forming. Look for a weekly close above 0.72 and next significant resistance is at 0.97.

The technical is supported by fundamentals as the company has almost completed the post COVID turnaround. There has also been significant (300K EUR) buying from the supervisory board at 0.691.

Voluntary takeover offer notice has created some major movement in the price. The offer comes at 0.55 which is much below the current market price. Despite the notice stating that there is no intent to take the company private it creates uncertainty for smaller long term retail investors.
