Reconquering ATH by end of October

Fundamentals remain largely similar, most certainly higher than a year ago when SXP traded at a higher price. TA coupled with project releases planned for October and rock bottom sentiment around SXP suggests that towards the end of the month of October SXP may reclaim its ATH price. Following that it may either break its ATH or begin ranging. Additional evaluation will be needed in mid-October
