Analysis of the SPX500 movement for 2023- 2024
Based on the analysis of the expected increase in the US national debt for the 3rd quarter of 2023 and comparing it with the same in January 2019, I came to the opinion that at the end of June 2023, the beginning of July of the same year, the SPX500 will fall below 2100 points. According to Janet Yellen's January 2023 report, the US government debt limit may be exceeded as early as June 2023. I admit that this assumption is very approximate and the process of resolving the issue of raising the national debt between the Democratic and Republican parties may last at least 30-45 days. I expect the market to fall by more than 45% during the 1st week of July 2023 from the beginning at the end of June. I compared the data on the fall with the figures for January 2020 and assumed that the fall would worsen due to an increase in the issue of the Dollar, which were carried out in 2020 and 2021 by the Administrations of the last 2 US presidents.
