Closing this trade out, after examining a lot of external fundamental factors, given the almost zero yield of the bonds and instability of bonds, the threat of asset inflation and inflation on the nondurable side, equities will benefit over time, everytnig is relative. We are headed toward the $25 dollar Cheeseburger. Inflation will spring on them and its hard to stop but if we look at the 70s and the social trends back then, everything went thru the roof for years and is still going. They cant stop QE and if they do they will have to come up with another way to prop it up, so my bet is that the presses are oiled up for the printing of a lot more money once Biden gets in, and it shows in the DXY, so what I am taking out of my future analysis any type of notion of our government or any governments attempting to balance anythnig, this is a race to outrun any given previous administrations bandaid. So, Dow 40,000 here we come and Common sense will be uncommon going foward. Think about where the fallout of the last 4 Trillion went, it has to go somewhere, so the inflation of a large number of asset classes is in order at this time. Biden has his triple platinum 15 Trillion Credit Card ready to go. The Us Dollar DXY is in a consistent downtrend now against almost all the others so my strategy is going to be follow the effects of more money coming and deflation of the dollar.
