Oil stocks may be a buy

It looks like Shell stock is whispering "Buy.. shh..". Not a high confidence trade but I see similar patterns in APA, USOIL.
I guess it worth a wildcat exploration option 😀.
Exxon is still poised for further downside but maybe with a stopover for a bounce.
