Bull pendant reinforced by Ichimoku Clouds and RSI. Twiggs Money flow shows there a buy period opening up as this consolidates before its potential upswing. Alt coins are all in the green right now and it seems that support is cycling between one coin to the next as they rest during consolidation.

QTUM hit a high of ~$78 increasing over 40% before shooting back down to normal levels. This coin could run back up to test the $78 price level again in the future.
I still think this is bullish. It was one of the only coins that took a reduced dip compared to all of the other coins a few days ago. Also its RSI is still below the 50% mark on all of the charts from 15min to 3hrs. I would say it will have its day soon. But also be weary about what BTC is doing. When BTC drop it seems to take the rest of the market with it. Also when BTC goes through its bull runs, it sucks up money from the alts as well. I would say this is good coin to hold to hedge BTC drops and since its still looks like it has good bull indicators. A good target zone to buy IF** BTC dips would be .00250 - .00285 or lower. If BTC can stay moving sideways I think this has a good chance of shooting up.
