QQQ3 vs TQQQ

What is going on with these?
Theoretically, they are supposed to do the same thing, that is to triple leverage the Nasdaq (QQQ).
Can anybody tell me why in November QQQ3 tanked?

looks like I may have found the answer of my own question. I found an article exclaiming there was a 30/1 shares split executed on November 9th.
