📈🔜 Textbook-like bullish correction?

Prologis has a strong seasonal pattern starting on the 8th of March. The price movement is currently forming a bullish flag after the 38.2 % retracement level has been hit. Looks healthy - looks IMO bullish. I see the chances of hitting the yearly high as damn high in the next weeks and months.

Okay, in the meantime, we've got WAR. Or the market believes we've got war. Or the war is going to proliferate the next time. So I personally closed nearly every trading/investing position. The only positions I hold (and buy more of) at the moment are the three Cs:
