NZDUSD Up Before Down?

it looks as if NZDUSD pair is running out of steam, we can see it from the rising wedge with diminishing momentum. This is a "bearish" reversal pattern but I would not short before the highs drawn with the red line. The pair might try to make one more run up and touch those highs.
