Nifty Took Yearly / Monthly R2 Pivot as Resistance. Likely to consolidate before moving higher.

Weekly Close with Marubozu Candle. Never Short the NIFTY. Still there is fuel in the NIFTY index. IT sector started Rally and NIFTYIT is less than ATH. NIFTYFMCG is about to give breakout.

NIFTY is Consolidating from Past 3 Days.
Nasdaq Hit ATH, DOW already in ATH and S&P is about to test ATH.
I agree, NIFTY is in scary high Level. All Bears are drooling to short.

Nifty fell 500 point in a day. It may test 20 Day EMA (20700).
My view is still intact, until Nifty cross below 20200 (50% Fibb retracement level)
In this fall, note that
1. Reliance tested ATH.
2. HDFC still trading below ATH
3. Selling came from monthly R2 (Monthly R1 is @ 20880)
4. All Future traders booked Profit today, this means all the profit is going to add long, not short.

If we see follow up on 15th Dec, then December close likely to be above 21500.
If Friday close below today's Low, then we will assume its a false breakout. (possibility of this scenario is less than 40%).
FII's are continuously buying more than 2000 Cr every day. The day when FII buy is more than 5000Cr, from that day market will move 1000-2000 Point.
That day was 30th Nov (NIFTY 20150).
