In this idea i am going to introduce you all the expected important levels for this decade.
How to read and understand these levels?
The levels are divided into two groups:
-Green Colour channel
-Red Colour Channel
Green Colour channel=This channel is made of 3 lines namely Upper line, Middle line and the lower line.
Generally lower line of the green channel is considered as a value buying area as it holds good support.
Red colour channel= This channel is also made of 3 lines namely Upper line, Middle line and the lower line.
Generally lower line of the red channel can be considered as a logical stoploss.
Apart from this all the important description is mentioned in the chart itself.
Since these levels are made for the decades so the main buying area only 3.
If someone's like swing trading then one use the middle line of every channel.

This is a simple yet effective setup, nothing fancy , every levels has its own importance and are the decision point of all the market participants.This is my new concept for understanding a market in a most simple structure..This concept is base on objective approach so guess work is completely removed.Levels are fixed for a particular period of time.Just understand how these levels worked in the past 20 years so that you can find your own setup.Last two decades levels are attached as screenshot.Work it out.I have this kind of setup for BankNifty , FinNifty and for all. IMPORTANT UPDATE: Hey folks! In this update i am going to share my findings for Nifty 50 which might be helpful to understand it better. So back in the decade of YEAR 2000 a normal pullback range in an uptrend was near about 400 points, meaning a fall of 400 points was normal and a deep pullbacks or retracement can take place up to 1200 points. Then comes the decade of 2010, during this decade the Normal pullback or retracement range was expanded to almost 1500 points , meaning a fall of 1500 in a strong uptrend was normal and a deep pullbacks can take place upto 2300 Points. Now lets talk about this decade from 2020 to 2030 , the normal range for this Decade is around 1800 points , meaning a fall of 1800 points from high can been normally seen in an uptrend and a deep pullbacks can be of around 2600 points. The reason i am sharing this because In order to trade Nifty you have to understand how it changes its structure from time to time and also you get the to know Nifty 50 in the better way. Expecting nifty to come down to 21800 but also expecting some bullish movement in Bank Nifty.

21800 will be deciding area about where Nifty is planning to go also this area has a potential to decay the premium.

If the short term downtrend continue after reaching 21800 then we can expect a fall till 21350. For upside movement as of now movement above 22000 will be required.

Nifty 50 21950 CE Breakout point is 56 with target of 101

For 22000 CE Value Buying area 13 - 22.60 with target of 52 and 111.For 21550 PE Breakout area is 42.60 with target of 80 and 115
