NIFTY has formed a tiny spinning top candle. Calm before a storm. It was volatile session. It opened 1% down and tested our PRZ 16950 and gave a dead cat bounce till 17050. Then it was a volatile session in the second half.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, there is a trendline being followed in 15 Min TF, plotted in pink. If it is broke and 15 Min candle closes above 17000. Above that candle long for the target of 17060 , 17100 and 17150.
Short below 16880 if a 15 min candle closes below that. Target will be 16830. Below 16800 panic selling will be triggered and index will head towards 16700 and 16600.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
