Using the Gann fan indicator, we can see that NEO price is close to breaking above 2/1 line. Nothing above 1/1 is bullish. Get ready.

It is my understanding that Bitcoin's surge past it's ATH is what has caused many ALTs to drop. BTC broke out around 2-3AM this morning. Same time (within an hour or two) of NEO, MCO and others breaking down.
Some people say this news about the Chinese not being allowed to invest in ICO's is what caused this NEO crash, and I say BULLSHIT. That may have fueled the fire a bit later on, but that's not what caused it in this case in my opinion.
As most of you should know, the US has strict regulations regarding ICOs. However, many Americans seem to have no problem investing in ICOs because they use Virtual Private Networks.
