Possible bullish turn in USD/NANO

Hello all,

Price is unable to break through the Fibonacci retracement 61,8% of the previous bullish segment.
Also in the section of the short correction the price fails in projection. Lastly, there is a strong bullish volume turn (upper indicator - green line).

On the other hand, in the indicator below, strong hands (blue line) have just positioned themselves bullish, breaking above the Zero line.
