Microsoft acquires GitHub 6/14/2018. Microsoft will fund this acquisition through the remaining $30 billion of its current share repurchase authorization. The stock appears to sell off an average down. Buying up any dip available:) Late to the game but this looks like an ongoing saga throughout 2018.
