MSFT: What does it take for it to fly again?

Hello traders and investors! Let’s see how MSFT is doing today!

First, in the 1h chart, we see that the trend is still bearish. We did a higher bottom above the 21 ema recently, and if we do a new higher high, MSFT might break free from this bearish momentum. However, it feels like it must escape from this Descending Channel too before it can start to do anything good.

Today’s movement is a good start, at least, and it is interesting to notice that this reaction came after we hit a support level in the daily chart:



Yes, MSFT filled a gap at $ 281, and now it is trying to react. The volume increased as well, and this might be a sign that it’ll recover and seek higher levels.

We are still below the 21 ema, but if we break free from the descending channel in the 1h chart, probably we’ll defeat the ema too. Let’s pay attention to the next movements on AAPL.
