LTC getting weak as BTC/ETH break ATH

Since I started following LTC I've noticed how weak it becomes when BTC creates new ATH. Now that ETH is following suit its becoming weak.

Asymmetrical triangle forming. Price has stabilized here around $24.46 will it hold or break lower below green line?
