Chainlink forming head and shoulders pattern then reaching ATH

Chainlink forming a head and shoulders pattern testing resistance a few times and is projected to hit $22-$23 before retracing back down to $15 area. At which point things look like we are going for new ATH .

Head and shoulders/ triple top / Bear flag all in one??? Could see a reversal to a lower bottom. End of year liquidations possibly causing one more drop. Hopefully Chainlink has a belt to hold his pants up!!
