Holding the Key to the Kingdom?

Does Dimon hold the keys to the market? Every timeframe is overbought but JPM is holding above a key level. There are a few stocks in the DJI index that look like this. AXP is also very interesting.

Presently, just watching this intently. Also, noticing that the Fed Reverse Repo is draining at an extraordinary rate. The money ($0.5 T so far) is going somewhere...
