Here i provide you a simple analysis describing iPathA Series B Bloomberg Coffee Subindex Total Return ETN (JO) using three indicators.
As i took long position as shown in the analysis, i made a brief plan concerning my expectations for the future price of the index using RSI , MACD and BB indicator.
Between the two parallel red lines on the top, it is considered to be the Wealth Zone scenario. In this range, are all the expected desirable scenarios.if the price exceeds the upper level it is wise to take short position and sell equities.If the price goes below the Wealth Zone you have to consider the E(min) scenario.
Right below you can see the Expected Minimum E(MIN) scenario, which is divided into two different approaches.
1) The Upper (between the light pink and the red line) which consists the neutral scenario, so you have to wait.
2) In the bottom (between the light pink and the red line) you can see the scenario in which you could take long position and buy (JO) equities if the price tend to go below the light pink line.
NOTE: It is wise to take short position in the range of Wealth Zone

Unfortunately the price fall below the light pink line, so you had to take short position by selling the equities in order to avoid losses and lock at a low profit.
From now and on JO seems to face the lowest price value of the last 6 months.
Is it a hint for an upcoming prosperity for JO's price or it is going to vary in that low values?
