I've been looking at this index for a while now, I believe that prices could break up to the upside target of 7650.0. Have a good look at prices as it approaches our current resistance(7500.0). A definitive break would indicate to me that prices are ready to break up to highs of 7650.0/7700.0.
HOWEVER
We could see a change in trend and see if prices approach the 7350.0 level, at this point I would jump in and ride the trend down to lows of 7000.0.
