(2) Company is financial sound and has highly consistent earnings
(3) Company is sitting in cash
(4) CEO Brain was kicked out the company in June 2018 because he broke company policy. He was a key figure of the company. Now, the interim CEO is Robert Swam. I believe this will help Intel think hard and innovate to find the results that the previous CEO brought to the their company.
Remarks: Any negativity resulting in a stock price fall is an arbitrage opportunity that will eventually become re-accumulated by the smart money.
Technically:
(1) Double wave down on the weekly chart from June 2018 to October 2018
(2) Weekly MACD divergence
(3) oversold RSI and stochastic
(4) Monthly hammer and long-logged doji candle with confirming volume
(5) Weekly volume at the last week of October 2018 and the first week of November was the largest since the price broke out of a pattern an settled around April 2018.
(6) The same price area where this large volume occur in November is the price area where accumulation took place before the price flew up.
(7) Daily signs of accumulation and MACD divergence support the idea that an upward mobile propelling future in the stock is forthcoming.
(8) Yearly and Monthly pivot points are at the same spot where this stock's price is bouncing from and forming special candle bar patterns and daily chart pattern with divergence.
