This is a company that has gotten a bad rap in the Market this year. It seems like a crazy idea to dilute a company to 700+ million shares, and bottom the stock price in the name of future growth. But this is how the market is meant to be played, and Kiran is using his Market cap to aquire company's that are showing growth, and revenue.
As of Dec 2020, Halo Labs ( could soon be Halo Collective) has aquired quite a few company's through shares, most of them being in production, or on the cutting edge of cannabis. Resulting in a positive EBITA, and a steady income, without Halo themselves having seen profit yet and being a relatively new company, even in comparison to the "new" cannabis market. This is also not even diving into the Psilocybin market that Halo is getting into early. There is not a lot of information yet aside from most of Europe and North America are moving towards using Psycho Psilocybin as Anti Depressants.
So with a little research, and an understanding of the Market "Game" that is being played by Kiran. This could turn out to be a company and stock with absolutely huge upside. Especially when you consider that it has already spent most of its large rundown fighting back. A misunderstanding of strategy is what i see from the market. And unlike other company's in the MJ market right now. Halo Labs seems to have great management, and the assets to make this work around the globe.
I don't have many comments to the downside with this company. I use Huge Risk in the title due to the fact that it is an obscure company, in an obscure market, crazy volume swings by the day. No guarantee that it doesn't just consolidate and make a sideways trend again. Or even worse, continue to drop due to fear.
