It is relentlessly pushing to get back to the local highs, wanting to go and test it to see if there are buyers willing to step in – not like last time. The Green Target 1 is a confluence of Fibonacci and trend lines and Green Target 2 and 3 (could be seen as one block) are whispers from times long gone by.
