Half of the week has passed and we didn’t see news that could drive the market.Last week was full of major news,we think that the failed vote on Trumpcare to replace Obamacare was the most important one of them.Today(29.03.2017) one of the major news is the UK government triggering Article 50 for Brexit,this could have a negative effect on all gbp pairs.If the article gets triggered we suggest that you open short positions on gbp/jpy and gbp/usd.However the triggering could be delayed,because PM May said that she would set off article 50 by the end of the march and she has 2 days left,which she could use for an excuse.Today the bank of England is going to release information about the M4(All the money in circulation,in banks and deposits)money supply on month to month basis.In January we saw an increase of 0,9%,but for February all the major forex websites and gurus are predicting a decrease to 0,5%.This means that there is a reduction in the circulation of sterlings and this means that the demand for pounds is is reducing.This would bring down the price of the sterling.We in Ruzey invest think that there won’t be an decrease,because we saw high a inflation(2,3% for February,which was a 2 year high).
