FPAC - Sub NAV with options?

Picked up enough to write covered calls. As ALWAYS, the strike price will be higher than my entry... I'll have a coke!
Backed by a trust value which means I can write options without the worry of a drop in the underlying stock.

Obviously, once the trust value is used to facilitate the merger, it is no longer a safety net so one would aim to exit before then or accept the risk of not having a safety net.

And as originally speculated, exciting before merge was the better choice, especially now that the merge has been officially called off and dissolution is now likely.
